This four-year programme targets talented graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) with at least a 2:1 degree in a mathematical field and a passion for driving our company's success from the outset.

There is the opportunity to rotate through key departments such as Biometric Research, Business Development, and Corporate Actuarial, based on business needs.

Business Development
Graduates will foster mutually beneficial client partnerships, engage in pricing new opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions in protection, longevity, or financial solutions. Experience is built using cutting-edge actuarial and data science techniques.

Biometric Research
Graduates will learn to leverage data through health and market research, enabling precise pricing and effective risk management by applying the latest medical intelligence.

Corporate Actuarial
This role involves projecting business cash flows, valuing profitability, and using advanced modelling for reporting. Graduates will support decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
