We like to get to the root of things and try to unlock hidden potential for Hannover Re. Our international team, of more than a dozen nationalities, supports Hannover Re at five locations worldwide with independent auditing and consulting.
Our audit and consulting services are as diverse as our company's functional areas. We assess the adequacy and effectiveness of processes and control mechanisms throughout the organisation to ensure that they function as intended in the course of business. We are guided by the business strategy and, of course, external and internal regulations and requirements. We identify potential compliance gaps and provide practical advice on how to close them. To do this, we are increasingly using data analytics and artificial intelligence to work successfully and efficiently. In an ever-changing environment, we are curious about the constantly growing demands placed on us.
The competencies we use here
In addition to your previous qualifications and experience, it is becoming increasingly important to successfully familiarise yourself with new topics and issues to broaden your own horizons – especially in teamwork.
We value these skills:
- A degree in Economics, (Business) Mathematics, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in auditing or internal auditing
- Consultancy skills and assertiveness
- The ability to articulate complex issues in an understandable way and a good sense of appropriateness and practicality.
