Of course, an internship or working student position at our company will give you the opportunity to make contacts with employees and managers and gain an insight into our work. In turn, your colleagues will get to know you and may recommend you to others. Unfortunately, we cannot give all interested students the opportunity to work with us during their studies. So don't hesitate to apply after your studies, even if you haven't previously worked with us.

Reinsurance isn't something you usually learn about at university, which is why we take the time to familiarise you with the subject. We offer intensive, international induction programmes called ReEssentials to give you the best possible start. These courses provide you with a wide range of business insights, from the basics of reinsurance and the specifics of underwriting to the ins and outs of technical accounting.
